Fontana Floral is led by Davina Flynn and supported by a passionate team of dedicated florists. Founded in 2017, we have since delivered thousands of designs for weddings and events across South East Queensland, Northern NSW, around Australia and internationally.
How We Work
We make the process as beautiful as the flowers. Transparent, collaborative, and stress-free from enquiry through to installation.
Tell us about your vision, your date, and your venue. We respond within 48 hours with availability and initial thoughts tailored to your event.
Once we clearly understand your requirements and expectations, we will provide you with a quote outline and initial mood-board. To reserve your date and confirm your booking, a 20% retainer is payable.
As your event date approaches, we will host a finalisation meeting with you to review and refine all floral deliverables before sourcing your flowers and preparing for installation week. An expanded visual design brief may be compiled if required.
We arrive early and install every detail with care and precision. When you arrive, you walk in to something extraordinary — your vision and our artistry, brought to life.

We recommend securing your date 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (September–April). However, we do accommodate shorter timelines where availability allows — so always reach out.
We are based on the Gold Coast and service the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Brisbane, Noosa, Toowoomba, and beyond. We have worked across Australia and internationally including New Zealand and Japan. No destination is too remote — travel is always welcomed.
Yes. Once you enquire, we'll arrange an initial consultation (in person or via video call) to discuss your vision, venue, and budget. This is complimentary and obligation-free.
Our minimum investment varies depending on the season and location. We'll provide transparent pricing during your consultation so there are never any surprises.
Absolutely. We love collaborating with planners, stylists, and other vendors to ensure a seamless and cohesive result. We'll coordinate directly with your team.
Yes, full set-up and pack-down is included in every package. We arrive early to ensure everything is perfect and return after your event to collect our items.
We'll always guide you towards the most beautiful seasonal options and can source specialty blooms where possible. Our proposals are designed around what's at its peak for your date.
